Comparison is a particular thief for women in business — the highlight reels, the "how does she do it all" pressure. Your calling is yours. It is not diminished by anyone else's, and it does not require you to be everything to everyone.
Finding your feet
- Root your confidence in calling, not in applause or approval.
- Find your people — other women who build and believe.
- Lead as yourself. You do not have to imitate anyone to be taken seriously.
